When will I receive my first bill for Premium Membership?

You'll receive your first bill for Premium Membership as soon as you sign up.

If you are signing up for monthly payments, your account will be charged at the beginning of every monthly period.

If you are signing up for an annual payment plan, your next payment will be scheduled a year from signup.

How do I change my payment information?

You can manage your subscription, including changing your payment information, from your User Settings page.

Can I downgrade my account?

Yes, you can downgrade your account at any time. However, if you downgrade your membership in the middle of a billing cycle, your Premium Membership will continue up until the end of that billing cycle.*

If I withdraw from a credit-eligible course, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, credit-eligible course enrollment fees are non-refundable.*

Does Kadenze offer scholarships?

Currently Kadenze doesn't have a scholarship program for students, but we're working to provide them in the future.
