Why aren't my videos playing?

Video errors may be caused by a number of factors. We recommend trying the following steps to troubleshoot:
  1. Clear your cache and cookies
  2. Refresh your browser
  3. Sign out of Kadenze, quit your browser, then sign back in
  4. Try signing in from a different browser (Chrome tends to work best for our website)

  1. Your browser type
  2. A direct link to the class
  3. A screenshot of the video error
  4. A screenshot of your console for the problematic page. On your browser, simply press Ctrl+Shift+J (or Cmd+Alt+J on a Mac)
